We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot (excluding weather-related cancellations) will incur a 25% charge of the quoted price. Within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the price. All cancellations are sent directly to Monique Boudreaux.

Please note, all of our video packages come with two drafts. Additional edits after the second draft are $75 + TAX each. Once approved, we use Google Drive to send the finalized files to you. If you request edits within 1 year after the project has already been finalized, a reopening fee of $150 + TAX will apply for the first new draft, plus $75 + TAX each draft thereafter. If you have other requests, additional charges may apply.
